This handsome 1-year-old chocolate lab came into the shelter as a stray with his sister. From the very beginning, Walker showed us just how special he is. While his sister was frightened and shut down, Walker became her rock—the gentle, steady presence she needed to feel safe. He showed her that people can be kind, that love is real, and that it’s okay to trust again.
Walker has adjusted beautifully to shelter life, quickly winning over the hearts of staff and volunteers with his sweet spirit and loving nature. He adores attention, thrives on companionship, and is ready for a forever home where he can continue being the loyal, devoted boy he’s always been.
